1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
2. How to Request a Return
To request a return, email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Return Request”, and include:
Your full name
Order number
Reason for return
Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)
We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item sent by us.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued in the form of store credit or product replacement (no cash refunds due to our Cash on Delivery policy).
Refund processing may take 3–5 business days after receiving the returned item.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for the same item if it arrives damaged or is defective.
Exchange requests must also be made within 7 days of delivery.
